12. Order Modification and Cancellation
Order processing is relatively fast.
For order modifications or cancellations, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee successful modification or cancellation.
Once an order enters the packaging, fulfillment, or shipping process, it is generally not possible to cancel. After the order is shipped, customers need to wait for the goods to arrive before submitting an application according to the "Return and Refund Policy."
Address modifications are also not guaranteed to be successful. Delays, return, or reshipment costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer may be borne by the customer.

LIVEXZ orders are currently primarily shipped from fulfillment centers located in China.

Estimated delivery time after order shipment is 7–15 business days;
Total estimated time is typically 8–18 business days.
These are estimates and not guarantees.
Actual delivery times may be affected by customs, weather, holidays, flights, logistics backlogs, incorrect addresses, delivery to remote areas, and other uncontrollable factors.

14. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
International orders may incur customs duties, VAT, clearance fees, import taxes, or local logistics handling fees.
