Order and Shipping Tracking

After your order is shipped, we will send the shipping tracking information to the email address you provided when placing your order.

Our orders typically require:

7–15 business days for delivery after shipment;

Overall estimated delivery time is usually 8–18 business days.

International tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update. While the package is transiting between countries, the tracking record may temporarily remain unchanged; this does not usually mean the package has stopped transiting.

Modifying or Canceling an Order

Orders will be processed quickly after submission.

To modify the shipping address, product information, or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

We will do our best to assist, but once the order enters the packaging or shipping process, we cannot guarantee successful modification or cancellation.

Orders cannot be cancelled directly after shipment. For returns, please submit a request according to our "Return and Refund Policy" after receiving the goods.

Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

If you receive goods with any of the following conditions, please contact us within 7 days of signing for them:

Returns and Refunds

Please do not return goods without confirmation from our customer service team. Returning goods without authorization does not guarantee approval of the return request and may result in the package being unidentifiable or a refund delay.
